There is a fence, lol, but the gates are all open. There has been some recent activity there recently, back in July they blew up the office building for the new Bataman movie, it's actually in the trailer. Then about 2 weeks ago it was bought by a company that is going to level the complex and build a distrubution center. I suppose it's progress.
